Evaluation and Prescription

  • Examination

    $215 — Single Visit

    Examination, Evaluation, & Exercise Rx

    Dr. Sandberg will take the time to give a thorough examination of your movement and pain. Each visit usually takes 45 minutes to an hour.

  • Evaluation

    Dr. Sandberg will evaluate his findings from the examination and review the information with you so you understand what is going on with your body.

  • Exercise Prescription

    A tailored and specific exercise prescription will be given for all patients in the examination and evaluation. Along with education on how to perform all exercises correctly.

Treatments

  • Dry Needling

    Western based medicine use of needles to provide neuro-physiological response to reduce pain and facilitate healing. This can be used to treat arthritis, nerve pain, pelvic pain, incontinence, migraines, and many other conditions. Electrical stimulation may or may not be used.

  • Blood Flow Restriction

    Blood Flow Restriction (BFR) cuff will be used in visit or can be rented after instruction on correct application and use. BFR cuff for prescribed workout using a personalized tourniquet pressure. This allows for substantial and significant strength gains with limited resistance. Perfect for rehabbing an injured area.

  • Spinal Manipulation

    Manipulation of spine to either: cervical, thoracic, or lumbar spine. This is usually an audible pop to the joints of the spine, designed to increase mobility and reduce pain.

Manual Therapy

Use of therapists hands to assist in mobilizing joint, stretching muscle, or manipulating tissue.

Concierge Visit

1 hour — $250

This is an all in one visit to your home, business, or place of choosing where Physical Therapy or treatment of choice is performed.

Virtual Visits

Visits that are performed via the internet. As long as you have a good Wifi connection and computer/tablet or phone with camera visits may be performed online.

Cupping

Use of pressure vacuum cups to pull tissue up and stimulate blood flow to the corresponding area to promote healing. This can be a good alternative to dry needling for those apprehensive to needles.

Kinesiology tape

Use of athletic taping to promote improved movement patterns and or reduce swelling.

Bike fit

Analysis of body position on bike and corrections made for best fit for you and your goals. Reduce orthopedic issues from bike riding.

Diet & Nutrition Analysis

60 minute consultation reviewing current diet and goals. Recommendations made and diet/nutrition plan given that are easy to follow and backed by science. This is not TOP SECRET clickbait. This is science backed diet and nutrition individualized for you.

IASTM, Scraping, or Gua Sha

Muscle scraping, Gua Sha, or Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM) is the use of a tool to scrape the body for improved circulation in the area. This can improve flexibility and mobility. A percussion massage gun can also be used in place if preferred.

Pneumatic Compression Massage

Visits may include recovery massage using deep air compression. Deep compression has been found to boost circulation, increase lymphatic function, and relieve muscle tension. All of which may accelerate recovery and improve performance.

Each package includes initial visit examination and followup visits with therapy exercise prescriptions and up to (2) treatment services each visit including: dry needling, cupping, gua sha, BFR rental, manual therapy, spinal manipulation, kinesiotaping.
